Our vision for The Green Room originally started from the difficulty trying to find a place to go that would suit all our family’s needs in one place. We are excited to provide that space for all of you! From smoothie bowls and sweet potato toast, to giant bakery bagel breakfast sandwiches with eggs made your way. Breakfast and lunch options available all day, 7 days a week. Tons of vegan & gluten-free menu selections!

The menu offers smoothies and smoothie bowls with a toppings menu that includes fresh fruit, chai spice, nutella, coconut or almond milk, granola, honey and peanut butter. Other toppings offered are bee pollen, goji berries, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almonds, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, matcha green tea and cacao powder.

“We also have breakfast sandwiches, cooked your way, with bacon,” she said. “But tons of gluten free and vegan options.”

Fleury said The Green Room makes vegan eggs from scratch, made from chick pea flour and black salt. She said the recipe has been field tested on friends and customers, “who thought it was going to be gross but loved it.”

The lunch menu has meat and vegan sandwiches on bagels, wraps or sourdough. Salads are served with made-from-scratch vegan dressings, Fleury said.

Fresh-made juices, concoctions from fruits and vegetables, are on the menu to sip inside or take back to the office. All cutlery, cups and plates will be compostable, she said.
